PvE or PvP? What do you prefer? - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

PvE mostly for me. I would like to be doing more PvP but ideally when I'm in a large guild group that can mix a few pvp games a week with some PvE missions/elites. For now I just pvp when I get bored or to let out some steam.

PVE - I like to just go out explore, cap elites, and open chests. The scenery is awesome!
Now I have tried PvP. I see nothing wrong with one who likes/loves to play that style as I did find it interesting to do. But for my taste it is not something that is as rewarding to me as being out in PvE. I will never flame nor frown on a person for wanting to PvP/GvG/AB.

PvE, with the occasional, light-hearted PvP (Snowball Arena, Dragon Arena, etc...).

i am a rpger player for gw, I can't seem to get into guild wars pvp. I like fps for pvp. I can't wait till knights of the old republic number 3 comes out

I've been playing the game for 11 months now and over the last 10 i was full PvE now over this month i've been playing alot of PvP and got R2 not long ago still chasing that emote..

PvE exclusively; I can't stand PvP. All my experiences with it have been miserable. But PvE is great; the huge world and different strategies to try keep it fun for months.

I'm primarily PvE, but lately I've gotten a bit bored with it so I'm testing the PvP waters in the AB area. I wouldn't touch the random arenas with a 10 foot pole as that seems to attract immature, trash-talking, wanna-bes.

I've spent about 7 months in PvE and have a pretty good grasp of things. 8 Upon trying PvP I was flamed repeatedly for not knowing what I was doing, despite asking questions and trying to understand what I had done wrong.

So, PvE it is!

I'm a PvP addict. Especially GvG's. When not doing GvG's you can find me in HA or doing alliance battles.

I do PvE occasionaly but not much
